I just could not help myself to write to you today and say that it's about time. Not for you or for me, but for someone other than Amsoil to jump on board with the extended drain oil technology. I saw on the TV yesterday that Mobil 1 has a 15,000 miles or 12 months motor oil they are offering the public. I'd be willing to say they are feeling the heat and had do something quick to keep up with the leader of the pack, need I say any names? Just to remind everyone that Amsoil has been selling synthetic motor oil with extended drain intervals good for not 15,000 miles, but 25,000 miles since its' introduction in 1972. And if that's not enough they have the Signature Series that I have been using for nearly two years now that's good for 35,000 miles or 12 months under normal driving conditions. Now do you want to jump on the band wagon with the leader for over 35 years or with someone who is just now getting their feet wet? During that time I have only done one oil change. That was roughly 15,000 miles ago. I am using it in all of my vehicles now including a 2006 GMC Envoy XL. The Jeep Charokee Sport is running great and purring like a kitten. I saved myself roughly $100 by switching to Amsoil. That would be 15,000 divided by 3,000= 5. 5 times $20 per oil change= $100. Not to mention the waste oil I prevented from getting disposed of (6qt.x5=30qt.). So if you're on the fence and not sure if switching to Amsoil is a good idea then all I can say to you is "Can your oil do that?" Protect your investment, demand the best. Switch to Amsoil synthetic motor oil.http://www.switch2synthetic.com/

Goverment Survey

Well I just filled out a survey for the goverment the other day and one of the questions was what do you think we can do to increase the the supply of oil here in the US? I proudly told them to use more synthetic motor oil from Amsoil. It last longer than oil made from crude oil. You no longer need to change your oil every 3,000 miles. Back in the day when oil wasn't so good I can understand changing your oil at those intervals. That was then and this is now. We have better resources that allow us to make a better product. Just like the cars we drove in the early 1900's don't even come close to the cars we drive today. The same goes for the oil we use to protect our rides. The funny thing about it is Amsoil brought us this new technology in 1972. That is 37 years ago. Do you think we would have a oil shortage if more advertising was done to promote the benefits of synthetics instead of lining the pockets of major oil companies. So I say again to the government of the USA if you want to build a supply of crude oil "Don't!" Go to http://www.switch2synthetic.com and get yourself some Amsoil Signature Series synthetic motor oil made right here in the USA and you will be good for 12 mo. or 35,000 miles which ever comes first. I have 15,000 miles on my last oil change and that was 12 months ago. Now tell me "Can your motor oil do that?" Probably not.

Why Drill For Oil?

Now that is a good question. Why drill for oil? Back in the late 1800's we found out that oil could be drilled out of the surface of our planet. HOORAY! If your the lucky one that owned the land and the rights to drill there. So now you have all this black gold you can use to fuel automobiles and keep the motors lubricated. Your a big shot with loads of money. Now it is 2009 and times are tough with all the competition out there trying to get their share of the pie. So you try to make a product that is a little bit better than the others with fancy marketing and better quality. Sure, your keeping your share of the profits but with each passing year it is getting more difficult. Then steps in Amsoil. A 100% man made synthetic oil that outperforms all others. So durable under pressure in the heat or the cold that you only need one oil change per year or 35,000 miles (Signature Series). Well you say to yourself, "That might hurt the pocket book." And I say to you, "Tough _ _ it!" "Stop drilling for oil and make a product that is better for our environment and not your wallet." Until then we the consumer will use a product like Amsoil Signature Series that offers superior protection for our rides, helps our environment and puts money back in our wallets. Change your oil every 3,000 miles if you're using anything else but Amsoil. Lets’ get one thing straight. We will be using 4, 6, and 8 cylinder engines for a long time to come. It will take us a long time to convert everyone to a more energy efficient hybrid. And even they aren’t all that efficient themselves. 35-40 MPG is better, but not worth bragging about. Now if you can double that you are on your way to a better fuel efficient vehicle. JD Power & Assoc. would be excited to give out an award for that extreme and bold effort. Until we can get the big auto makers of the world to see the big picture they will continue to search for ways to bail themselves out of trouble. They have been making vehicles for almost 100 years now and they still can not make a full sized family vehicle that can get 50MPG or better. So in the meantime we the consumer will have to travel less, car pool, buy a tiny death trap and use less oil and gas to lower our carbon footprint on our planet. It is time for these auto makers to step up to the plate and give the consumer a product to be proud of sitting in there driveway. It is not about performance, 20 safety air bags, and plush interiors with all the bells and whistles. Times have changed and we demand something better, a lot better! If we the consumer have to change then so should they.

<?xml:namespace prefix = o />

If you would like to get 35,000 miles per oil change then visit my website and get Amsoil Signature Series synthetic motor oil.
